MICROBIOLOGICAL CONTAMINATION

PIPELINES 

Deposits on pipe walls can significantly impair or even prevent the transport of liquid media such as heating water, hot water, drinking water or cooling lubricants to different systems. In order to avoid performance losses or complete system failures, such deposits should be removed at regular intervals. In addition, rough deposit surfaces promote the adhesion of microorganisms. Our cleaning products enable the efficient and material-friendly removal of these residues to restore existing pipelines or prepare them for initial commissioning. 

Air-Water Flushing of Pipelines 

This special cleaning process is used to increase or restore the flow rate and functionality of drinking water supply lines, pressure pipelines and heat exchangers.

SWIMMING POOLS & PONDS 

Swimming pools and ponds are sensitive water systems and require appropriately tailored care. DRINKING WATER, SERVICE WATER
AND PROCESS WATER TANKS 

Biofilms, hardened deposits, iron-containing residues, blocked outlet fittings and biogenic sulphuric acid corrosion are among the known problems in drinking water, service water and process water tanks. Our specially formulated cleaning products remove deposits efficiently and in a material-friendly manner. Depending on the surface and degree of contamination, alkaline, neutral and acidic cleaning and disinfecting agents are available, which effectively break down microorganisms.

CHEMICAL WELL REGENERATION 

Iron deposits or incrustations in well pipes, filter slots, gravel filters and the surrounding unconsolidated or solid rock can lead to a significant loss of well performance. In practice, the combination of hydromechanical and chemical regeneration has proven effective. The well can first be mechanically pre-cleaned, for example by brushing or pressure flushing. Suitable cleaning agents are then evenly applied in order to dissolve deposits thoroughly. Our products are designed for the efficient and material-friendly removal of residues and can help restore or improve the yield of wells.
